Gold areas represent exploration licences.
The Company has completed an extensive review of regional targets throughout Western Australia, mainly focussed on the Eastern Goldfields gold province. This program has generated new exploration projects, with the aim of establishing a third gold mine operation in the WA. Targets are principally focussed on concealed extensions to prospective structural corridors in which past exploration has been ineffective or under younger cover rocks.
The primary areas of focus are currently the Thunderbox Shear Zone corridor north of King of the Hills, Rocky Dam joint venture project to the east of Kalgoorlie and Yerilla, south east of Leonora. An initial round of geochemical drilling has been completed at Rocky Dam, results are under evaluation. Drilling, and is being planned for the other projects.
