St Barbara from time to time acquires equity investments in other companies, either as part consideration for divestments, for strategic purposes or based an analysis of potential value for St Barbara shareholders. Details of investments are disclosed in accordance with corporate law and ASX requirements. The list below represents the current publicly disclosed positions.
St Barbara owns 10% of Bendigo Mining Limited. Bendigo is currently conducting exploration around and below the Bendigo goldfield.
St Barbara owns 13.3% of Terrain Minerals Limited as a consequence of divesting some tenement interests in the Leonora/ Laverton region
