Graduate Program
We offer a flexible graduate program which provides our Graduates with a mix of hands-on experience across our operations and exposure to various disciplines including:
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Environmental
- Surveying
- Metallurgy
You will gain skills and knowledge relevant to the Australian resources industry, discipline specific training, as well as mentoring from experienced professionals, who will support your transition from university life to your professional career and provide regular feedback on your performance.
Our graduate program officially commences in January each year, however some graduates also join our program in July. Our program has a strong emphasis on training and development with regular internal workshops, guest speakers and external courses being provided.
